1. Introduction
The present Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the website and the relative relationship with products and service offered. Eventual added agreements or specified contracts could integrate or prevail on such provisions in case of conflict.
2. Acceptance
Access, registration and the use of the website imply full knowledge and acceptance of the present Terms and Conditions. In some cases could be required an explicit acceptance.
3. Rules
Access to the park is allowed exclusively to visitors equipped with a regular entry title which has value only for the day/s of the reservation.
With the purchase of entry title, User declares to have read, knowledge and accept in full the Rules of the Thermal Park, available and consultable fully at the following link: Park Rules, as well as posted in complete form at the counter located at the entrance of the structure.
Respect of the Rules of the Park constitutes essential condition for access and stay inside the structure. User is held to observe scrupulously all dispositions for the entire duration of the stay. Disrespect of the Park Rules legitimates Negombo to adopt measures provided therein, including, in case of serious and repeated violation, interruption of access to the structure, without any refund of the entry ticket already purchased.
With completion of the purchase and acceptance of the present General Terms of Sale, User expressly confirms to have read and understood the Park Rules and to accept their binding content.
4. Digital Communications
User accepts that all communications happen in electronic format and have legal value equivalent to written form.
5. Intellectual Property
All contents present on the website are Negombo’s property or of respective licensees and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5.1 Reserved Rights
It is forbidden to use, copy, reproduce, distribute or modify contents without prior written authorization, except where permitted by law.
6. Third Party Contents
The website may contain links to third party sites. Negombo is not responsible in any way for the contents or services offered by such sites.
7. Consented Use
User commits to use the site in compliance with applicable law and not to carry out activities that could compromise operation or security.
8. Registration
User is responsible for confidentiality of their credentials and for activities carried out through their account.
9. Exclusion Right of Withdrawal
The present contract has as its object provision of services related to leisure activities that must be provided on a specific date or period, as indicated on the ticket purchased by the User for access to the Thermal Park.
At the sense of Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter n), of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, No. 206 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded for this type of service.
Therefore, once the online purchase procedure is completed, the User will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal. The reservation is to be considered definitive and the amount paid will not be refundable in case of non-use of the service.
With completion of purchase and explicit acceptance of these General Terms of Sale, the User acknowledges and expressly accepts this exclusion clause.
10. Final Nature of Reservation, Changes and Refund Policy
As a direct consequence of the exclusion of withdrawal rights, the reservation, once the online purchase is completed, is to be considered definitive, binding and not modifiable or cancellable by User initiative.
Therefore, in case of cancellation request, change of date or no-show, for any reason not attributable to Thermal Park responsibility, the User will not be entitled to any refund, even partial.
The amount paid will be fully retained by the Thermal Park as consideration for the service made available, having Negombo reserved capacity and resources for the specific date chosen by the User.
By accepting these conditions and completing the purchase, the User acknowledges and accepts the final and non-refundable nature of the reservation.
11. User Generated Content
Any content voluntarily submitted, uploaded or published by the User (including but not limited to photos, videos, reviews or comments) grants Negombo a non-exclusive, perpetual, transferable, royalty-free and worldwide license to use such content.
- The license is limited to promotional, communication and institutional documentation purposes.
- Negombo may reproduce, publish and communicate the content on its website, social media, brochures or promotional materials.
- User declares ownership of all rights and guarantees that such use does not violate third-party rights.
- The license does not impose any obligation on Negombo to use or publish the content.
12. Service Interruption
Negombo reserves the right to modify or interrupt the site or any service at any time.
13. Guarantees and Liability
The website is provided “as is” without guarantees of availability, error-free operation or fitness for specific purposes.
14. Privacy

16. Personal Nature and Transfer Ban of Entry Ticket
Entry tickets purchased through the website are strictly personal and refer exclusively to the purchasing User.
It is expressly forbidden to transfer, sell or assign tickets without prior written authorization from Negombo.
Negombo may verify identity of ticket holders and deny access in case of mismatch without any refund.
17. Violations
In case of violation, measures up to suspension of access or legal action may be taken.
18. Force Majeure
Negombo is not responsible for delays or failures caused by force majeure.
19. Indemnity
User agrees to indemnify Negombo from any liability arising from violation of these Terms.
20. Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of rights.
21. Language
These Terms are written in Italian, which prevails in case of discrepancies. Translations are for informational purposes only.
