Access to the Park

  • Access to the park is permitted only to visitors with a valid admission ticket. The ticket is valid only on the day of issue.
  • Season passes are strictly personal, valid for one daily entry only, and expire within the year of issue.
  • Staff may check admission tickets at any time. Anyone without a valid ticket will be asked to leave or purchase one.
  • Proper and respectful behavior toward other guests and staff is required. Loud disturbances, dangerous games, or any behavior that may cause discomfort or damage are prohibited.
  • Management reserves the right to remove, without refund, anyone who does not comply with the rules or proper conduct.
  • Changing rooms must be used for changing clothes. Clothing may be stored at the cloakroom service, which is free of charge.
  • Minors must always be supervised by an adult, especially during their stay and while using the pools.

Management Liability

Management is not responsible for:

  • valuables not deposited in the free safety deposit boxes provided for guests;
  • guests with acute or chronic medical conditions who use thermal treatments, saunas, or steam baths without presenting a medical certificate confirming their suitability or without undergoing a paid medical check-up at the Wellness Center;
  • any injuries caused by lack of attention on walkways or stairs. Guests are advised to exercise caution, as many areas of the park preserve their original structure.

Use of Thermal Waters and Facilities

  • If in doubt about the use of thermal waters, guests may consult the medical staff at the Wellness Center inside the park.
  • Availability of sunbeds and umbrellas around some pools and on the beach may be limited during peak hours. Staff will always assist in finding available accommodation.

It is strictly forbidden to:

  • use the pools without first taking a shower;
  • allow minors who do not meet the minimum height requirements (indicated by measuring rods at the entrance and throughout the park) to use the thermal pools;
  • use masks and fins in the pools;
  • engage in dangerous games at the pool edges or dive into pools;
  • play ball games, racket sports, frisbee, etc. in the pools or on the beach;
  • listen to music without headphones;
  • consume packed meals, picnics, or sandwiches inside the park or on the beach;
  • allow entry to unaccompanied minors;
  • bring animals into the park.

Subscriptions and Assigned Spots

The park offers subscriptions that include a pre-assigned fixed spot. Guests entering with single tickets or passes without continuous use may choose from remaining available spots. Pool and beach staff are responsible for this allocation.

No refund will be issued if the available options do not meet personal preferences.

Please help us keep the park clean by disposing of waste in the designated recycling bins.
